I just don't understand, why some people think they're the best. Thus they think, others should obliged to anything they say.

By anything, I mean anything. Down to how we should dress. Oh puh-lease..... What makes them think they can set the rule? Don't they think people here have no idea how to dress up properly? Or is this place turning into one of those boring factory where the labor should wear uniform? Hell, I think it might happen as well.
